Freezing Burgers




I have a burger I'm making that has part buffalo part tofu and carrots and zuccini I was trying to figure out if it would be better to cook them then freeze or form them like they are and freeze them raw and cook when I want them.

Answer: Burgers have a lot of surface area and can freezer burn easily. The best method for burger is to freeze them raw and thaw before frying or oven bake them from frozen.
