Where's the chicken?

Question:Where's the chicken in Cheese and Chicken Shells
in the book Frozen Assets Lite & Easy (page 53)?

It calls for chicken but it is not shown in the preparation part of the this recipe.

Answer:
Hi Lisa,
I have no idea where the chicken is because when I reviewed the book I borrowed it from the library, thus I don't have it in front of me to look right now.

However, I do know who will be able to help. The author, Deborah Taylor-Hough and all her readers.

Someone emailed me a scan of the page. (Thanks Tina)

If you look under the Advanced Prep section it says to cook and shred the chicken.

Then in the section for Preparation it says to "combine beaten egg, cottage cheese, chicken, mozzarella cheese, grated carrot, garlic, salt and pepper.

So the chicken is cooked and shredded in advance and mixed into the filling.
