This recipe is great for any type of dessert.

I love it with cheesecake but it's just as good with any custard, cream or fruit filling.

Graham Cracker Pie Crust Recipe
1 1/2 cup fine graham cracker crumbs
2 Tbsps white sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted
(opt) 1/2 tsp cinnamon

This makes one 9 inch crust.

Graham cracker crumbs can be bought or made.

They sell them in small bags pre crushed.

If you're making crumbs from your graham crackers start with a whole pack and break them into the food processor for a bit.

Alternatively, you can put them in a plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin.

Mix all the ingredients together well and press the mixture evenly into the bottom of your pan.

It should be evenly moist and still very crumbly.

For unbaked crusts simply pour your filling over top and bake as directed.

For pre-baked crusts, bake at 375F for 7 minutes or until slightly browned.

Cool before adding filling.

You can also use this pre-baked crust in recipes calling for unbaked crusts.

Freezing
This pie crust comes together so fast there is no need to freeze it unbaked.

The pre-baked crust can be frozen for later or filled for an ice cream dessert.

This crust also freezing well as a component in other desserts.
