Make the Most of Your Leftover Turkey.

Get your leftover turkey in the fridge or freezer within 2 hours. If your in a hurry go ahead and put the whole turkey carcass with remaining meat in there, covered of course, to carve later. Try to carve the turkey first though, it’ll cool faster reducing bacteria growth.

Save the bones and make broth. Turkey broth has a rich almost game like flavor.

Throwing food away is expensive. So, if your family can't eat all those leftovers in 3 or 4 days pack them for the freezer as is or prepare a great new dish with them. Leftover turkey can be frozen for up to 3 months.
